Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt to solve some of the problems include cultural context in the management, using the theory of Parsons. This theory gives the reason relationships of culture and economy, and its kernel is the concept pattern variables that determine what choice can make the person in his relationship with the environment. In the article demonstrated the existence of a connection of Parsons variables with the theory of the personality named Big Fife. The existence of this connection allows you to use a standardized measurement tool to determine values for the variables. Thanks to its properties, the Parsons variables may have underlying economic applications in benchmarking, determining the development strategies, to be helpful in the selection of management methods and so on.
