IMAGINATIVE PICTURE OF ACADEMIC STAFF IN THE OPINION OF STUDENTS

Summary/Abstract: The article introduces the reader to an imaginative picture of the academic teacher. The study shows that students want the creative faculty, erudite, transferring knowledge in a clear and understandable, respectful and respecting their rights. The lecturer is, trying to arouse the students more interested in a particular subject, you should use in their work often such teaching aids like multimedia presentation, multimedia and video. Analysis of the research material also showed that the individual style of teaching involves not only knowledge and experience, but also personality and his attitude of teachers to students, above all, communicative competence.
