Summary/Abstract: This article explores the main features of the professional training of the Bulgarians at the Imperial Novorossiysk University of the Russian Empire. The preconditions of training of the future Bulgarian state official personnel at educational institutions of the empire are determined. The paper analyzes the main directions of the Bulgarian graduates and their contribution to the political life of the Principality / Kingdom of Bulgaria.
