Summary/Abstract: We have forgotten the essential nature of childhood. Such an adult has not discovered that intheir loss of playfulness maturity is only reached by becoming once again like a child who givesup the need of relentless conflicting, grasping and clinging in an attempt to coerce the world. Loveis the basis for original play and optimal learning. Children’s original play demonstrates that thissense of kindness is one of the most important discoveries in neuroscience; we are hardwired toconnect. A loving brain becomes serves as the basis both for our long range biological survival andfor our cultural advancement. Such a prosocial brain creates a different emotional framework andan alternative safe physical response with which to receive the world. With these new physical andemotional skills we create different kind of relationships.
