In this study, the answer to the question whether there is a differentiation on goal orientation depending on individualism-collectivism values is sought for. In this study, aimed to determine the effects of culture on goal orientation; culture is discussed with individualism and collectivism dimensions whereas goal orientation is discussed with learning orientation and performance orientation dimensions. The research sample of this study is composed of students of the Vocational Schools (Erzincan University and Caucasian University).
