Summary/Abstract: In this article the author tackles the problem of the admissibility of revision of the judgement on the complaint against the decision to drop charges, according to art. 341 ("Complaint resolution by the Preliminary Chamber Judge") from the Penal Procedure Code of Romania. The structure and contents of the article reveal commentaries on the qualified judicial body to settle such a request, the judgement that is about to be rendered and the susceptibility of ordinary means of appeal. In closing, the author answers questions raised and commented upon in the contents of the article, and also specifies on the the rulings of the Preliminary Chamber Judge.
