Summary/Abstract: Such concepts as uncertainty, discontinuity and change are the ones that best describe the features of today’s world. Learning in an ever- changing environment provides organizations with the opportunity of being flexible. As a social system, organizations are supposed to benefit from the human factor, which is the most important source of organizations, in an efficient and effective way to perform the act of learning properly. In this regard, commitment emerges as an important concept in terms of benefiting from employees to the maximum extent. This study intends to explain the relation between these two concepts to find out to what extent the organizational commitment is important for organizational learning and if organizational practices are necessary to ensure organizational commitment.
