Summary/Abstract: Nowadays organizations follow their environmental changes and plan how they adopt to these changes in order to sustain their lives. Many concepts of the managerial literature try to explain these adoption studies. The primary aim of this study is to analyze core competence and outsourcing approaches in Administrative Philosophy framework. These approaches are investigated in “fact“ and “logic“ framework in rationalism. “Fact“ means the event that happened, “logic“means the event that must happened (ideal). In this respect the study examines whether there is a difference between fact and logic in any statement. In this framework, core competence and outsourcing approaches are analyzed in specific dimensions and compared fact with logic statements. As a result, it is found that the concept of core competence should be integrated with dynamic capability and outsourcing ought to be integrated with business model partnership. These integrations are the solutions of the core competence and outsourcing problems which are faced with organizations.
