Summary/Abstract: Factors influencing having a job, or the lack of it, are now more complicated than they were sev-eral years ago. Is not enough to have a degree, even a reputable state university (although there are definitely exceptions) to find a job. The person is now assessed through the prism of what he or she currently disposes of, but also how the potential can be developed in the future and whether he can. Hence the system of education at every level can no longer just teach, should shape the man, who, thanks to extensive resources, will be able to use them in the future and develop. The introduction of the National Qualifications Framework, and thus the reform of education shall con-tribute to the relation of the labour market with the education system, and thus, to the increase of the value of graduates in the labour market, shaping not only a new employee, but a the new indi-vidual, who can handle continuous replacements and will be prepared for them.
