WE WILL ALSO NOTICE THAT NOT ALL STATES HAVETARGETED THE SAME MODE OF TRANSFER OF POWER, CONSIDERING THAT THE ANTITOTALITARIANREVOLUTIONS, BUT ALSO MEASURES THE CHANGE IN THE STATE HAVE BEENDIFFERENT.
