YEMEN, APPARENTLY A NOT SO IMPORTANT ACTOR IN THE GLOBAL EQUATION, IS INFACT THE MAIN BATTLEGROUND FOR REGIONAL INTERESTS AND A POSSIBLE FAILURE OF THEARAB STATES TO MANAGE THE YEMENI CRISIS WILL PROBABLY REPRESENT THE BIGGEST SECURITYRISK WHICH GULF MONARCHIES FACE ON THE MEDIUM AND SHORT TERM.
