Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research is to determine relationship between individual values and entrepreneurship tendency. The type of research is descriptive and method for collecting data is questionnaire. As the results of research, students of Kafkas University have high entrepreneurship tendency, and the students are to share the values in this line: Security, Benevolence, Universalism, Tradition, Power-Achievement and Hedonism, and while high positive relationship between entrepreneurship tendency and individual values is via value of “power-achievement”, the negative relationship between them is via value of tradition.
