Edukacija u funkciji stvaranja i oblikovanja lidera u Bosni i Hercegovini
Education in the function of creating and shaping leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Summary/Abstract: U ovom tekstu autor diskutira o liderstvu koristeći interdisciplinarni teorijski okvir. Autor smatra da ukoliko želimo da neku društvenu vrijednost ili proces institucionaliziramo i ugradimo u društvenu zajednicu ili društvenu praksu najbolji način da to uradimo jeste da tu vrijednost ili proces ugradimo u proces obrazovanja, odnosno u proces edukacije kadrova čiji naknadni rad će opredjeljivati stepen prihvaćanja i korištenja tih procesa ili vrijednosti. Budući da se efekti ugrađivanja edukacije lidera u obrazovni sistem Bosne i Hercegovine očekuju u politici, državnim institucijama, biznisu, sportu, kulturi, obrazovanju i mnoštvu drugih društvenih i državnih sfera, sasvim je realno očekivati da će proces ugrađivanja teorije i prakse liderstva u obrazovne programe i sadržaje imati potrebnu podršku i pomoć spomenutih institucija. In this contribution the author discuss the concept of leadership using a interdisciplinary theoretical framework. The author believes that when trying to institutionalize and spread out a certain value or process in a society and its everyday practices, the best way to go about it is to incorporate it in the education system first, i.e. to introduce it to people whose future work will influence the degree to which those processes and values will be used and adhered to in the future. And since the effects of “leadership education” can be expected to contribute equally in a number of fields, ranging from politics and public administration, through business, sport, culture, to education itself, it is only natural to count on receiving support and understanding from all those walks of life, and/or institutions, throughout the process.
