Summary/Abstract: Article deals with methods of individualized education coaching and mentoring in the context of development of employees. Reflects the theoretical resources dedicated to coaching and mentoring, their functions, potential application areas, definition of coach and mentor, highlights the benefits and limits of both methods. In conclusion it is described the contribution of coaching and mentoring comparison with other methods of education and both methods of each other. The article aims to provide a theoretical basis for its successful application in practice.
