Summary/Abstract: The following analysis of the B&H 2000 election year aims to show how much women have participated in the political sphere, to investigate whether they have consolidated the positions they had reached in previous elections and to analyse to what degree the changes in electoral rules and regulations have empowered women’s political participation.
