Summary/Abstract: The article traces the evolution of the company management models, where the criterion is based on the conceptions’ earmarked formulations and their orientation at realization of the in-house or external advantage for the accomplishment of the set goals. The thesis that the managerial decisions are more effective when the manager has assigned a leading goal is defended. The financial model advantages for managing a company based on the value are pointed out (VBM).
