Summary/Abstract: The article considers the questions of marketing influence on corporation’s management. The last is considered widely as an integrative system which includes the organization of the different fields of activity (industry, trade, service). There are described specific features of the market created by the corporation itself. There are determined the marketing principles for corporations. In the article there are paid attentions at marketing functions.
