Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the individual author’s neologisms as style creating component in fiction on the material of Mykhailo Stelmah’s works. The semantic and functional features of lexical innovations have been analyzed. The role of author’s neologisms in the formation of the writer’s individual style has been considered.
