Summary/Abstract: The author considers the artistic text in cognitive approach as a result of mental processes which concern representation, adaptation, perception and preservation of human knowledge. The problem is solved with a specific literary material–the oeuvre of a famous Ukrainian writer Roman Fedoriv.
