Summary/Abstract: In this article I analyze the relationship of the proceedings of Parliament from the earliest times (XVI c.) to the present (XXI.). I describe methods of verbalise information about how adoption by the audience speeches of deputies. In this article I focus on the expressions aimed at exposing various reactions audience: both approval and disapproval.
