Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to show how ethical and moral values are the subject of the action and cognition that in language contact are conditioned by economic material needs. It is important for the considerations related to the instrumental treatment of value such phenomena as ethical utilitarianism, axiological decisionism, ethical egoism, ethical eclecticism, social deconstructionist, ethical universalism, individualistic utilitarianism, social utilitarianism. They are practical implementation using amplification strategy.
