CIVILISATION IN CHAOS EDUCATION IN THE CLOUDS AND SILOS

Summary/Abstract: The problem of the chaos of civilization in education are resolved primarily in professiological aspect resulting from occupation variability, and working conditions. Civilization understood as a state of material culture includes the factors dynamiting and at the same time inhibiting the processes of change in education. Therefore, metaphorical and deterministic chaos are treated as not fully known mechanisms manifest themselves in the clouds, that are associated with information and communication technology and information silos cumulative knowledge and social capital is not always used in the labor market and activity in their leisure time.
