Summary/Abstract: We are living in the time where competence and professionalism matter, that is why social reasons say that people should try to develop strong professional qualifications and strive for a development change for ourselves and organization. This article introduces the idea of the modern method of employee development, which is coaching. It can be divided into two parts. The first one is dedicated to the development in the context of human resource management and the second one discusses the coaching, as a modern method of employee development in theory and practice.
