PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS MANIPULATING WORKING PEOPLE

Summary/Abstract: In the proces of socio-economic and political transformation of the country appears always a problem of manipulating people, working people in particular, by the employers. The manipulation manifests itself in problems in getting employed and ease of sacking people; disadvantageous pay; remuneration cuts during employment; delayed payment of money due for work done; unbiased (fair) treatment and assessment of employees. The problem of manipulating employees by the employers, private in particular, threatens a serious social unrest and harms professional employee development in attaining amster qualifications by tehem and moulding their professional personality.
