Summary/Abstract: The increase of the safety of workers is achieved through the development of safe behavior during health and safety training. The importance of this training can not be overestimated. In reality, however, health and safety training are often regarded as a annoying duty, which has a significant impact on the quality and effectiveness of training. Improper safety training system contributes to the high number of accidents at work and occupational diseases, poor working conditions and causes high costs.
