AN INFRASTRUCTURE AS A FACTOR CONDITIONING THE USE OF ICT IN THE WORK OF TEACHERS (RESEARCH REPORT)

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the results of diagnostic studies determining ICT infrastructure – the range of schools’ equipment in ICT and multimedia didactic materials. Considered issues looking for answers to questions indicating: 1) access of teachers to computers and the Internet at home and at work, 2) access to the school's computer lab, where teacher can pursue activities with his subject, 3) the difficulties and constraints faced by teachers in access the school computer lab. Highlights technical conditions constructing circumstances in which teacher is (or isn’t) taking action to use of ICT in everyday life and professional practice.
