Summary/Abstract: On the basis of chosen works written by Astafiev and Zalygin similar approach of both authors towards the problems of national tradition, in particular peasant’s, relations between people and nature, literatury traduition and moral-ethic norms was presented in the article. Some parts of the article were devoted to the problems of nature and ecology which are very important in the output of both writes and also to the role and significance of nature and landscape descriptions which help to depict human nature more deeply and precisely.
