Summary/Abstract: This article is devoted to research of the phenomenon of the interference of legal language inparticular translation of the existing sentences. The text includes researches made by author on authentic texts of the judiciary. The most common mistakes made in the search for semantic equivalents and problems of translation of Russian fixed words, concretisation methods, the error of literalism has been discussed.
