Summary/Abstract: This article introduces doctors’ training systems in selected European countries. It describes entry requirements and application procedures for medical studies, structure of studies, study programs, their implementation pathway, and also the exams entitling to acquire professional qualifications. The solutions used at various universities are an opportunity to compare and suggestions that could improve the efficiency of training the medical students.
