Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research, to examine the level of organizational citizenship behaviour, power distance and perception of organizational justice among police that working Konya police department and determine the impact of power distance and perceptions of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviour. This research is done by survey model and has been conducted five hundred fifty eight police that were employed in Konya Police Department. According to the experimental results, there is a weak and negative relationship between organizational citizenship behaviour and power distance, there is a weak and positive relationship between organizational citizenship behaviour and perception of organizational justice among police that were employed in Konya Police Department. As a result of the regression analysis power distance expectations and perception of organizational justice variables explain organizational citizenship behavior rate was found to be approximately percent of twenty two. In addition, the largest contribution to this explanatory variable is observed that the interaction justice .
