Ecclesiological Synthesis

Summary/Abstract: Fro m Apostles, it was an ἐξήγησις. It was a creative and constructive affirmation of the Word, a confession begotten from the experience of communion with the Trinity. Unity in faith was basically an experience to which all Christians were called. It was essential-in the sense that it implies each person and the community-and doxological, theological and liturgical,,,theoretical” and ascetic. Above all, unity in faith was an ecclesial experience.The present study tries to highlight the contingency between unity in faith, personal existence and inter-communities relations. A single question-What does it mean to engage in the faith of the Church?-guides the research, but the answer is given in respect to the life of each person and of the entire community.
