Summary/Abstract: In consideration on historical past of Hungary, which has. occasionally span over the regions that in present day are not in their state borders, as for a fact that large number of Hungarians for centuries migrated to other countries, project "Hungarian­ Researches" was made with goal to research all that material and collect it it to National Hungarian archive in Budapest. It's all about the documents from three periods of Hungarian history: medieval (until 1526.) period of ottoman occupation (until 1686.) and time of Hapsburg's domination (until 1918.). For first two periods material is mostly researched and assorted in two collections: Diplomatic collection and Photodiplometic collection. Questions of ownership over material from the time of Hapsburg's domination are solved by Baden's contract from 1926. To them, acceptance of principals of material's origin, foreseen to cooperate "global intellectual property" which is being kept in Vienna's archives. This system is a good backbone to resolve all types of these controversies in modern world.
