Summary/Abstract: In the conditions of turbulent changes of the environment the success of the company requires special organizational skills. Flexibility of the organization allowing for its efficient func-tioning is first of all determined by management of intangible resources, among which human capital (a lot of attention has been drawn to it in the publication) plays a particular role. Apart from the explanation of the nature of the human capital, the study concentrates on organizational dimension of its selection process.
