Summary/Abstract: In this brief quarterly summary, I do my best to highlight those articles which, I imagine, are of particular interest to non-Hungarian readers. Thus I seldom leave out articles on psychology, since there is no such thing as a special “Hungarian“ psychology: our articles are in the international mainstream. The same goes for sociology and certainly for political science. Readers abroad are familiar with the eastern European situation, and what is more, the conceptual apparatus is much the same. For similar reasons, it is easy to summarize articles on economics, and there are other disciplines, too, I could list, for which this is equally true, where some sort of European standard rules.
