Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article an analysis of the European Union's external borders management. The main thesis of this paper tells that effective integrated management of the EU's external borders improves its vulnerability and sensitivity in relation to the external threats of security in the EU and its member states. The evolution of the of the EU's external borders integrated management shows that it constitutes a multidimensional process.
