Summary/Abstract: This article analyses some theoretical and practical issues concerning the procedure of the declaration of enforcement according to the Romanian Civil procedure Code and Law no. 138/2014. Also, some considerations are made regarding the difference between this procedure and the procedure applicable to European Enforcement Orders, i.e. the certification regulated by Regulation 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
