Summary/Abstract: Inequalities in health are a major problem worldwide. Most of these inequalities are strongly related to the social stratification of our societies, which makes them unfair. This study aims to investigate the inequalities in self-assessed health in Romania according to personal socio-economic characteristics such as gender, age, employment status, education and income level.
