Summary/Abstract: The spermatozoa are the male gametes providing a father genome to ovum. Cytological aspects of spermatozoa, spermatogenic processes conditioned by biochemical and hormonal relations and some problems of male sterility have been described. Their structural and functional abnormalities have also been discussed.
