Permissibility and related concepts in the literature of Furu fiqh

Summary/Abstract: One of the judgments/jurisdictions related to the substantive fiqh issues that reflect the practice dimension of Islamic law is the concept of legality expressed in the form of "permissible or not permissible". This concept has been used since the beginning of Islamic law to date. In general, it has been used for situations which religious law has ratified and found appropriate. In this article, the use of the concept of legality and the relevant constructs are discussed.
