Summary/Abstract: Business Process Management (BPM) is a major trend in the field of organizational management. The flexibility to adjust to the organizational structure while maintaining the strategy and measurable benefits after implementation, are the main factors of its success. Modern economy is a challenge for the orientation process, requiring real business models in an uncertain environment. The answer is a new discipline process mining, resulting from the evolution of BPM. Mining process is a bridge between classical BPM and data mining. Discovering, verifying and improving business processes is based on the logs, which are real and reliable source of information, always accessible in the system of the organization.
