The regional program of supporting the reconciliation of professional life with private life in 2014-2020

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of the analysis of some fragments of regional operational programs within 2014-2020 pertaining to the scheduled agenda aimed at reconciling professional life with private life. We describes the types of projects capable of being financed, the categories of beneficiaries and the target groups which the actions for the sake of reconciling professional with family life in particular regions are aimed at. The verification of the said projects allows for evaluating the compatibility of the aims with the diagnosed problems and the relevant priorities in this area. It also enables to evaluate the choice of the means for particular ends and it tests whether there is an adequate support correlated with relevant target groups and beneficiaries. At the end, the schedules for the contests are shown coupled with the planned amount of subsidy for the projects in 2016 in particular voivodeships, the schedules illustrating the scale of planned interventions.
