Summary/Abstract: This article presents the main categories of goods imported and exported from Roman Dacia and inscriptions that mention merchants and customs officers in this province. Among the imported products are mentioned oil lamps, terra sigillata vessels, luxury goods, amphorae with different products and animals. Should be noted that most olive oil was brought from Pontus and Bithynia, wines came from Asia, the garum from Bética and Lusitania, and olives from Italy and Asia. Initially main imports come from the western provinces, and in the late period - from the eastern provinces and Africa. Some products came, of course, from annona militaris. Regarding exports, the main products were salt, metals, wood, terra sigillata local dishes (TSP), enamelled products, jewelry and other objects made of glass and pearls. Trade relations were maintained with both the populations living on the empire borders and the imperial provinces of Far West, Africa and Near East. The main trade routes were stretching along the Danube and its effluents, but there was also an internal network of roads.
