Summary/Abstract: The current globalization process on the entire earth enhances the interaction between the countries and open up new possibilities for the development of human civilization. Thereby we are witnessing a new challenge in the social, political and economic plan. The person is forced continuously to restructure its universe of values and attitudes to adapt effectively and quickly to changes that occur. Modern society needs independent, active, perseverant persons which always tending toward developing their potential. In this study we showed the possibilities of upgrading of adults aged 35 years.
