Summary/Abstract: The article aims to analyse the specificity of the interpretation of myth in the novels of Graham Joyce. Through the analysis of the corpus of novels, the author of the article concludes that mythological way of thinking appears most explicit at the existentially significant moments of life. Graham Joyce involves myth as to the imagining of the psychological condition as well as to modelling of the possible way outs.
