Summary/Abstract: The goal of the paper is to make the discussion about methodological aspects of conducting scientific research in terms of researching managers’ loyalty with the intention to work out particular methodological morphology in a given area of researching. The result of the discussion is a methodological framework concerning paradigm distinction, theory and character of science, research methodology, and finally the methodology and techniques of own research. The article constitutes the last part of considerations and mainly concerns the context of selecting variables, scale, scale methods, and sample.
