Summary/Abstract: Nowadays organisations play an extremely important role for society as a whole, particularly in the context of changes associated with complexity increase both within companies and their environment. Thus, extensive knowledge and understanding of their operation principles and paradoxes is vital and cannot be underestimated. The problem of indecisiveness is one of paradoxes of this kind. The objective of the article is to present enterprise in terms of paradoxes and inconsistences as an inevitable part of its performance. The author also proposes a way of dealing with such paradoxes in accordance with the theory of systems approach to company’s management.
