Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the investigation of the professional burnout and its peculiarities of the preschool teachers-pensioners. It is empirically proved assumption that there is a connection between the professional burnout and personal characteristics; the determinacy of the professional burnout of different age groups by a suitable structural organization of personal characteristics and stages; it is determined the principal (leading) and basic personal characteristics (shyness and emotional lability) which have the most powerful influence on the forming of professional burnout of preschool teachers-pensioners.
