Summary/Abstract: The authors presented the AVP-PAN form of educational work with students of Behram-begova medresa (madrasa) in Tuzla. The history of the AVP-PAN (Alternatives to Violence Project) program in the United States and its appearance in Bosnia and Herzegovina are briefly presented, as well as the philosophy, purpose and mission of AVP-PAN. The work mode in the workshops of AVP-PAN is interesting, for both the students and the professors. The purpose of this program is to enable students to develop their communication skills, affirmation of unity and empathy. The work methods in this program can be successfully used for the realization of topics planned in Annual Work Plan in education.
