To the question about the place of the right to defense in the system of human rights

Summary/Abstract: Dedicated to finding out the place of the right to defense in the system of human rights. It is proposed that the right to defense has its own special character: as a right-guarantee. This way the right to defense is not only about this right itself, also it provides the possibility of implementing other rights. Moreover, it is mentioned that this right is universal not only for other human rights, but also for all human. The author emphasizes, that the right to defense is connected with close in meaning other rights-guarantees, like the right to compensation by the state, the right to know their rights and freedoms, the right to professional legal assistance: such rights provide a human benefit in the form of possibilities to use their other rights, guaranteeing them.
