Summary/Abstract: The scientific approaches towards the definition of the object offense as a mandatory element, which defines a socially dangerous act is studied; characterization of the object of an offense in the scope of the Article 206-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is carried out, including the classification of «vertical» and «horizontal»; the article analyzes the classification of crimes in the sphere of economic activity in accordance with their direct objects, defined place in the Article 206-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in the system of crimes in the sphere of economic activity.
